These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", “Terms”) govern the access to and use of the services provided by Robotech Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us") under its International Crypto License issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the user ("you") and the Company. Please read these Terms carefully before using any of our services. 1. Services Offered
The Company is authorised to offer all types of crypto-related services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, subject to internal compliance frameworks and risk management protocols, and within the scope of the Company’s licensed activities as granted by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority.
2. Legal Compliance
The Company operates under the laws and regulations of the Union of Comoros, particularly the State of Anjouan. The Company is licensed and regulated pursuant to:

3. Eligibility

4. Registration and Verification
To access the full functionality of our services, you must complete our onboarding process, which includes:

You are solely responsible for securing your account credentials, private keys, and

7. Risk Disclosure

10. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your

11. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the services are the exclusive property of Robotech Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any part of the services without our prior written consent.
12. Force Majeure
Robotech Limited shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, embargoes, labour strikes, acts of civil or military authority, telecommunications failures, or acts of government.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, including the Offshore Finance Authority Act 003 of 2005 and the Money Laundering (Prevention) Act 008 of 2005. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Anjouan.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the services after such amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. No Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental documents, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Robotech Limited in relation to the use of our services and supersedes any prior agreements.
